At this very moment we are about to have lunch In a little cafe in haight ashbury…..
Today so far we have visited pier 39 and I did a little more shopping… I discovered the amazing price of my favorite shoes of all time…. Converse, I was able to buy a pair for $50 instead of the usual $90-$100 yay!!!! I hope hoping to buy another pair I hope!!!
We are going for a walk know…..

After a long very long day…. Flying then shopping (I have two daughters….What else would take precedence?) we finally got to bed around 11. Morgan and Zoe were fast asleep before the first Christmas Carol finished on the iPod! They were both great travelers, and didn’t complain once (maybe the threat of an immediate return flight helped)
We hade a great dinner at Laurel and Marcs place where we had a fantastic view of this massive fog (cloud?) where the Golden Gate Bridge was supposed to be…. We are getting used to seeing white when looking at the Bridge (in fact 24 hrs later we still haven’t seen it yet!)
We will get some pictures onto the gallery later on today so you can see what’s been happening.

So I am sitting at breakfast and It is Saturday morning….
Yesterday was soooooo exciting!!
The flight was pretty good , it was long but good. I managed to get some sleep as well as watching multiple movies….
Upon arrival in San Fransisco we were all tired but excited…
After a ride to the hotel and getting settled in the room we decided to start exploring. We went for a walk to look at the sites… Only a few minutes from the hotel is fishermans wharf and ghirardelli square….
We took a cable car to union square for some shopping where I got a pair of boots, jacket, some levi jeans and a cover for my phone…. Whilst in union square we had lunch at a burger diner type of place, they were very yummy….
Last night we had dinner with a friend of dads, it was nice to have a homemade meal (yummy lasagna)….
Today we are going to go to pier 39 and back to ghirardelli square to have a look around….
So far the weather is very much like winter in Sydney, yesterday it was so foggy though that we couldn’t even see the golden gate bridge so hopefully today the fog has cleared and we will be able to see the bridge….
